We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered!
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✅ Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
✅ In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Downloadable software
🚫 Health & personal care products
🚫 Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, etc.)
🚫 Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (unless due to our error)
How to Process a Return
1️⃣ Email us at info.blocksrider@gmail.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back.
3️⃣ Ship the item to: Calle Mata Parda 32, 23 (Bloque 2), San Antonio de Benagéber, Valencia, 46184, Spain.
(Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.)
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds?

2️⃣ Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for the refund to post.
3️⃣ Reach out to your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us first before sending it back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the return. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Recommendations
📦 For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
